Sleeping rooms are $279 per night ($323.65 per night with taxes and fees included). The deadline to make reservations at the discounted rate is March 7, 2023. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: ACEP contracts with hotels in order to keep costs as low as possible for you…the attendee. When we don’t meet our contract goals, ACEP is penalized and the end result is that prices increase for you -- which no one wants. Blocking rooms also helps ensure you have easy, safe, convenient access to meals and sessions plus it ensures we are able to negotiate on your behalf, if there are any complications during your stay.
If you choose NOT stay in the ACEP Hotel Room block, you will be charged an additional $200 fee.
