The ED Directors Academy gives you the tools to succeed by offering 3 Phases to help you develop the skills you need to become a successful ED Director. Phase I solidifies the leadership position ED Directors have assumed by providing you with a greater understanding of systems, organization and management. Phase II brings you together with your management team - working together, building teamwork, and developing effective plans is a necessary component of being a great leader. Phase III, is limited to 30 registrants to provide an intensive, highly interactive workshop that allows the opportunity to problem solve and role play.
