EDDA Phase II Course

ACEP is very pleased to announce that we are now taking registrations for Phase II of the Emergency Department Directors Academy Course to be held April 29 - May 3, 2013.

As an added enhancement, this course was designed for the management team - working together, building teamwork and developing effective plans is a necessary component of being a great leader. We are encouraging physicians to also register your nurse managers so you can learn together. Faculty will consist of ED management experts – both physicians and nurse managers – presenting many courses as a team. We are confident that this experience will be truly remarkable! Even if other members of your team cannot join you, the deeper dive into management techniques will strengthen your leadership skills.

Phase II also offers interactive breakout sessions - giving you more time to interact with the EDDA's top-notch faculty.

Here is what past participants are saying about the Phase II program:

"Content was excellent - plus the fact that it encourages medical and nursing departments to work together as a team - together we can achieve so much more!"

"This course gave me the ability to take examples given here to return and immediately implement without having to reinvent the wheel"

"Well coordinated and facilitated. Great opportunity for Medical and Clinical Directors to attend together, and to discuss and learn from others."

"My thanks to everyone involved - probably the most useful conference I have attended in 39 years as RN!"
