Register anytime online at or call 800-798-1822, ext. 6 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (CDT). Be sure to have your courses selected and your VISA, MasterCard or American Express number ready. Your course schedule cannot be confirmed during telephone registration. You may also register by mailing the registration form from this brochure to the ACEP address listed on the form or fax both sides to 972-580-2816. All registrations must be received prior to September 10. After that date, you must register on-site.

The registration desk for Scientific Assembly and Research Forum will be located at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Level 2 and will be open during the following hours:

Cancellations
Cancellations submitted in writing and received on or before Saturday, August 28 will receive a refund of fees paid less a $50 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations received after Saturday, August 28 will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for a cancellation request postmarked after Wednesday, September 25. All lab cancellations received after Saturday, August 28 will not be refunded. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the educational content of a conference for which you have paid, notify ACEP Meeting Registrar in writing within 30 days of attending the conference and ACEP will give you a credit toward another conference of comparable value or refund your registration fee.
