AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™
The American College of Emergency Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ACEP does not jointly sponsor directly with anyone other than their state chapters. Chapters may apply for joint sponsorship for their educational programs, and when approved will simultaneously receive both AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM and ACEP Category I credit.
The processes outlined under the Essential CME Activity Documentation link below must be followed for all ACEP educational programs seeking AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM.
