Crowding, Boarding Problems Fleshed Out at ACEP Summit In July 2005, ACEP convened a high-level roundtable discussion in Washington, DC, to focus on solutions. Attendees included representatives from the American Hospital Association, the Federation of American Hospitals, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, the Emergency Nurses Association, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
